Great Foam Group established in 1989 by Mr. Sakda and Mrs. Narachatapan Tocharoen. Great Foam Group consists of GF. Manufacturing Co., Ltd (GFM) and Great Foam Products Co., Ltd (GFP). Both companies are certified by ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016

Great Foam Products Co., Ltd, locate in Chachoengsao, Thailand. GFP mainly supplies to automotive OEM Market such as Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda, etc. The strength of GFP is the well-organized production system, high capacity production line, and an experienced team in the automotive market.

GF. Manufacturing Co., Ltd, locate in Samutsakorn, Thailand. GFM mainly supplies PU Foam to automotive aftermarket, furniture, construction, and healthcare industry. Moreover, GFM also produce PU Injection Machine (both for in house use and for sell), and Aluminum Molding.

Purchase Laser Cutting Machine and Tube Bender Machine

To solidifies position as one stop service for PU Foam, the company purchase laser cutting and tube bender machine to help in manufacturing insert parts for our customers

2009

Invest in Automatic Injection Process

The company invest in 2 Robotic Injection System from ABB, with aims to increase production efficiency and reduce loss that occurred from human error

2007

Establish New plant at Chachoengsao, Thailand

Due to high growth in Thailand’s Automotive Industry, the company open a second factory in Chachoengsao. The new plant locate close to the East Coast of Thailand and nearby to various car manufacturers.

2003

Begin Tooling Production and Aluminum Die Casting

Tooling is integral parts of foaming process. With that in mind, the company invest in 3 CNC Machines and Aluminum die casting facility.

2001

Join UNDP Project to install machines at developing country

The company enter a project with United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in which the company agree to install over 20 machines to developing country such as Nigeria, Kazakhstan and UAE

1999

Received Patent for PU Injection Machine

With Mr. Sakda’s skills and knowledge, the company invents its very own PU Injection Machine, and receive patent in 1999

1997

Relocate to larger factory at Krathumban, Samutsakorn

The company relocate to a larger factory (4x larger) at Wirunrach Lane, Krathumban, Samutsakorn to accommodate more production capacity

1992

Beginning of Chemical Blending

With more knowledge and expertise in PU Foam. The company begins to blend its own formulation to accommodate various customer’s needs

1990

Enter into Automotive Market

With various application that PU Foam such as seats, cushions, armrest, etc, the company begins to produce parts for automotive industries

1989

First Factory and rename to Great Foam Products

With more customer, the company move into their first factory in Wor Por Aor 11 Lane, and rename to Great Foam Products Co., Ltd

1987

Established in 1987 as Special Foam Part Co., Ltd

The company was founded in 1987 by Mr. Sakda and Mrs. Narachatapan Tocharoen under Special Foam Part Co., Ltd. The company initially operate out of their’s house garage and begin production of Polyurethane Foam
