Chemical Blending is critical in Foam processing as it is the starting point which determines the overall properties & characteristics of the foam. This is why Great Foam Group put great emphasis on developing chemical formulation that is suitable for particular industry applications.

Most other company usually purchase chemical as pre mixed from the chemical supplier, however at Great Foam Group we purchase raw materials from many suppliers and blend our own formulation. This allows us to be able to adapt to customer’s requirements and able to troubleshoot problems if we run into one. All our formulation must meet any of the customer’s standards.

Another policy of ours is we will be sourcing only chemical that has MDS or TSDS. This is to ensure that all chemical has proper standards and quality control is paramount
